Rooms are equipped with in room controlled heating and air conditioning, tub/shower, desk and chair, TV/VHS Player combo, cable, refrigerator, microwave, free wireless internet, and coffee maker.
The upper floors over look the golf course or the breath taking views of the Virgin Valley Mountains and are available as an upgrade.
Beaver Dam Lodge is located on a 9 hole executive golf course, with dining and full Arizona bar. The pro shop is stocked with sundries, snacks, jewelry, clothing, drinks, alcoholic drinks, golf supplies, Arizona souvenirs, Arizona Lottery and Scratch Cards.
Our large patio is a wonderful place to kick back and enjoy lunch, drinks and the beautiful view overlooking the golf course and the virgin valley mountains. Horseshoes, corn hole, and 2 fire pits are located just steps from the patio. The lodge has all the makings available for purchase to make s’mores while you are enjoying the fire pits.
We are centrally located for day trips to the Grand Canyon, Zion National Park, Lake Mead, Valley of Fire, Lake Powell, Brain Head Ski Resort, Lost City Museum, Bryce Canyon National Park, Lee Canyon Ski Resort, St George, Mesquite and Las Vegas. The city of Beaver Dam is a quiet small town, with lots of outdoor activities and views that you will never get tired of looking at.
Our resort is family run and operated, and we take pride in the special attention that we give to our customers. Reservation FAQ's & Information
Our room rates start at $50 (plus tax) per night, but vary by seasonal demand, room size, and your specific needs such as pet-friendly or rollaway bed requests. The best way to find out pricing and to reserve a room is to call us.
We are open 7 days a week.
Check-in time starts at 4pm and you can check-in any time after that.
Check-out is at 11am. You must be checked-out of your room by 11am, or you will be charged for an additional day.
Your deposit guarantees the first night’s room rate. Any modifications to your reservation(s) may result in the entire stay being subject to the new applicable rate.
Unless otherwise noted, the rate applies per room, per night, based on double occupancy.
Rates are based on double occupancy, so more than 2 adults will incur additional fees. Additional adults are $20 (plus tax) per person, per night.
Rollaways are $20 (plus tax) per night.
Please note-they’re not available for use in all room types and we have a limited supply.
Please be sure to notify us at the time of booking, so we can ensure your rollaway is available for your room.
No. Rates do not include tax. The current room tax rate is 5.78%; however, taxes and surcharges are subject to change. All room rates are subject to applicable taxes and/or surcharges.
Our hotel uses the US dollar and all rates are stated in US dollars.
All rates include the following services and amenities:

– Over 40 cable T.V. channels
Reservations are made by phone. Please call us at 928-347-2222 to reserve a room.
We are currently accepting reservations for stays up to 13 months in advance. On the first of each month, we will begin accepting reservations for the entire month of the following year. For example, on December 1, 2021, we will accept reservations through December 31, 2022.
Advance reservations are strongly recommended. We regret that we cannot offer a waiting list for accommodations.
Reservations for individuals may be made for up to five rooms*.
Six or more rooms for the same stay is considered a “Group” and these requests may be submitted to the Resort Manager.
In order to reserve a room, a deposit equal to the first night of your stay (plus tax) is required on each room within seven days of making the reservation. If arriving within 14 days, a credit card deposit is required to make a reservation. You may use a Discover, JCB, Carte Blanche, Diners Club, MasterCard or Visa and we will charge your credit card upon completion of the reservation.
The deposit will guarantee your room reservation for an arrival beyond 4:00 p.m. Please note, the deposit will guarantee the reservation and the first night’s room rate only. Any increases to the room rate after your reservation is confirmed will apply to all additional room nights. Any modifications to your reservation(s) may result in the entire stay being subject to the new applicable rate.
Yes! We are a pet friendly facility, but please note the following:
- Pets must be 30 pounds or less
- You will be charged an additional fee ($40 per pet, per day)
- Pets are limited to “Pet Friendly” rooms, so you must notify us at the time of booking
- If you are not in a “Pet Friendly” room, and you bring a pet, we do not guarantee you will get a room. We reserve the right to refuse and/or deny you and your pet from staying in non “Pet Friendly” rooms, without a refund.
- Undisclosed pets will be charged $200 per pet, per day.
- All pets must be kept on a leash, and abide by state laws
- Pets must not be left alone in a room or be a disturbance to other guests (i.e. No Excessive Noise, or Aggressive Behavior)
- You take full responsibility for any damage your pet does.
Modifications and Cancellations to an active reservation must be done by phone. Please call us at 928-347-2222 to do so.
Please note that any applicable modification and/or cancellation fees will apply.
If your plans change, you may receive a full refund of the deposit provided you cancel the reservation and obtain a cancellation number as follows:
For 1-5 Reserved Rooms, we require at least five (5) days prior to the designated check-in time and arrival date.
For 6 or more Reserved Rooms – or – if you have a group rate we require at least seven (7) days prior to the designated check-in time and arrival date.
If you cancel your reservation within these timeframes, for any reason, you will not receive a refund and you will be charged the full amount of your stay for all reserved rooms.
For 1-5 Reserved Rooms: Any cancellation made within 5 days prior to your designated check-in day, will not receive a refund and you will be charged the full amount of your stay for all reserved rooms.
For 6 or more Reserved Rooms -or- group rate reservations: Any cancellation made within 7 days prior to your designated check-in day, will not receive a refund and you will be charged the full amount of your stay for all reserved rooms.
Refunds will not be issued for cancellations due to inclement weather, unless they meet the cancellation deadlines outlined in the toggles above.
